Rise and Shine

Good Morning!

Today is my parents’ anniversary so I woke up early and cooked breakfast for them! I just cooked a very simple dish spam and egg. I would love to make the rice fried with green peas, corn, and carrots, but I still have to cook the rice and I don’t have much time because my class will start at 7am and I still have to travel for 1 and half hours just to get to the school.

So I just cooked a plain rice, spam, and egg. 

Cooking the egg is so frustrating, I want to make a heart shape of it, but my egg shaper is missing so I just used the OLD egg shaper in the kitchen and jeez! It is not working the egg white comes out of the shaper. I wonder where is my shaper!!   As you can see the egg is not a perfect circle.

Oh wait,  I want to share you something about my parents, my mom is not a coffee lover, she don't like coffee and when she married dad, he turned her to be a coffee lover. Whenever my mom wakes up she will always see a coffee made by dad in the table and I find it very sweet.

Anyway, I served this with a hot coffee.
