Hi guys! Today I made graham mango float.
Whenever I buy mango floats in supermarkets, I am always disappointed because of the quality it gives. Sometimes the mangoes are too little that it doesn't meet or give justice in the name itself. So I decided to make my own with my preference since mangoes are one of my favorite fruits ever. This shall I call Mango float a la Angela.
So here’s the ingredients I used:
4 packs of graham
2 packs of Crushed Graham
4 cans of Condensed milk
4 packs of All-purpose cream
8 Fresh mangoes
1.) The first thing I did was to mix the condensed milk and all
purpose cream in a bowl. After mixing it, I set aside the milk.
2.) Peeled the mangoes and sliced it.
3.) Piled the pieces of graham in the container.
4.) Spread the cream on top.
5.) Put a slice mangoes on top
6.) I pile another layer of graham. I just repeat the process until
I’m satisfied with the number of layers. After that I spread the crushed graham
on top.
7.) I put it in the freezer
My friend suggested that I should consult the internet, but I’m so
arrogant and I followed my own way of doing it because I want it to be
original. Unfortunately, I used to much condensed milk and the result of
that was it didn't reach the expected outcome since it’s a bit cakey.
But nonetheless it is still delicious and I love its
moistness. I brought this to the school and my classmates still enjoy eating it.
Maybe the next time I’ll try to make mango float, I will only use 1 and a half
cans of condensed milk.

ohh nice try haha but you could try again next time and i'm sure you will perfect it! try and try until you succeed!
